Guy came out and spent a considerable amount of time on my roof detailing all areas of potential issues.  He then sat down with me and went over everything that they would be doing, all products that were to be used, and the timeframe for each phase of the... Read More job. After talking to several other contractors, investigating  their licenses, and reading all the reviews,  I decided to go with Ark and was so happy I did.
I was updated in person each day on the status of the project. Guy also made himself available by phone on any issues that I needed clarification on ant any time. I even contacted him after the job was complete about an question and he quickly responded to my call.
At the end of each day the entire worksite was cleaned and was left in better shape than when they had started. The entire crew was polite and respectful and still professional.
I am so happy I choose Ark Roofing as my new roof looks great. A truly great company to do business with. I would welcome the opportunity to be contacted as  a reference  should anyone have specific questions or wanted to see the great job they did.

What a terrific experience. Needed to replace a 30+ year old roof and gutters. Received a quote with premium materials that I felt comfortable with. Tom was very professional and spent a lot of time going over options and timing.

As I was also doing solar, Tom needed to coordinate with... Read More my Solar installer to have them install the footings between Ark putting on the new membrane and then installing the shingles. All was done like a coordinated dance.

Ark's crew worked tirelessly in the extreme heat, sometimes into the evening to get everything done in a timely manner. The building inspector commented to me about the very good work done and the quality of the materials.

I highly recommend you consider Ark if you need a new roof!

I originally thought I needed a roof replacement because literally 3 other roofers told me that, but Ark performed an inspection and said I only needed repairs. Good company to work, completed and passed inspection within a week. Price was reasonable. Guy was very nice and easy to work with, but had to step away. Tom stepped in to assist, got the project completed and passed very quickly. We pointed out a couple of things that needed... Read More tweaking and they came back promptly to fix it. Only thing they could improve is the gutter spout screws clean up. There were several screws I picked up from the ground, I could have driven in it and get a flat tire. Will use them again.
